We use Royal Mail Tracked postal delivery services for the UK & Royal Mail International Tracked service for international customers. A signature will be required. Our postage service has the added security of barcode tracking throughout the progress of delivery and is a priority service. Please note we cannot deliver to PO. Box numbers or hotels. We can post to work addresses at our discretion.

Customs charges: There may be customs charges to the EU as we are not registered for IOSS. For the rest of the world there may also be customs charges on a certain amount. It is your responsibility to pay any customs charges or import duties on your parcel. 

Returns /Refunds

Jardin Vintage offers a 30-day hassle-free return & refund policy. You may return the item for whatever reason for a full refund minus postage (we do not charge a restocking fee). After this time, no refunds will be given. You must inform us at customercare@jardinvintage.co.uk within 14 days of delivery of your intention to return an item. Any tags (including security tags) will need to be still attached & the item in the same condition as sent (together with the packing slip it came with). The item must be returned and delivered to us within the 30-day time frame.

Please send it back to Jardin Vintage by tracked post. The return address will be in our correspondence to you (packing slip). Buyer pays return postage. In the unusual event of the item not being as described or having a fault not listed in the item’s description Jardin Vintage will pay your return postage.

Items must be sent back by Royal Mail Tracked (Items up to £150) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (items over £150) with tracking post service for Europe & the rest of the world. You are responsible for the item getting back to us safely. Please allow between 4 to 7 working days from our receipt of the item for your return & refund to be processed. Once the process is complete, we will email you.

Taking Measurements:

When measuring garments at Jardin Vintage, we take the following measurements with the garment laid flat. The height is measured from the collar to the hem. The bust measurement is taken by measuring from underarm to underarm and then doubled. The waist measurement is taken from side to side and then doubled. All measurements are given in inches.

Characteristics:

Fabrics are in excellent condition, with no fraying or discoloration.
Seams are strong and secure.
The garment may show minor signs of gentle wear consistent with its age, such as slight fading or natural patina.

Great Vintage Condition: Garments in this category are in excellent overall condition, with slight indications of wear that do not affect their functionality or aesthetic appeal.
Characteristics:
No major stains, holes, tears, or rips.
Minor imperfections, such as small, barely noticeable marks or faint discoloration, may be present but are not significant.
All original buttons, zippers, and fastenings intact and functional.
Fabrics are in great condition, with minimal signs of fraying or fading.
Seams are secure, with potential minor looseness in rare cases.
The garment may show slight signs of wear consistent with its age.

Good Vintage Condition:
Garments in this category are still in good wearable condition, but may exhibit more noticeable signs of wear or imperfections.
Characteristics:
Small, visible stains or marks may be present but not overly prominent.
Minor repairs or alterations may have been made, but they do not compromise the garment's integrity or functionality.
All original buttons, zippers, and fastenings intact and functional, with potential minor wear.
Fabrics may show some signs of wear, such as slight fraying or minor fading.
Seams are generally secure, with the possibility of minor repairs or loose threads.
The garment may show visible signs of wear consistent with its age, such as gentle overall fading or slight stretching.
